We got spaghetti and meatballs, chicken Alfredo along with chicken and shrimp pasta. We had a person that has severe food allergies and the waitress was so accommodating..i loved this.

Olive Garden is my fave place but tonight was less than pleasing. When our waiter first came around shortly after we (two adults and one child) arrived, we told him we already knew what we wanted so we went ahead and placed our food order and our drink order at the same time. About 10 minutes after he took our order, a party of four came in and was seated next to us (they had a different waiter) they received their drinks, their salad, breadsticks, and an appetizer all before our waiter came back with our drinks. When he did finally bring the drinks out, the ice was melted to the point where the drinks were watered down. When we got ready to leave, we asked him if we could have some to go boxes and a sweet tea to go. Someone else ended up bringing us the boxes and he never came back with the tea. We sat there for an additional 15 minutes, waiting for him to come back around because we really wanted that tea to go. He passed by our section several times empty-handed but didn’t come to our table. When he did finally come back, we once again ask for the tea to go which he did end up bringing. He wasn’t rude but less than friendly, but more so than that honestly was just a crappy waite

I know I’m in the minority with people under 50 but I actually like the ambience. I like the music and I like the fact that the place is not super super busy but that could’ve been too because I was here early afternoon regardless I’m writing to commend my server Diana she was very good. There were three people in her area one was a family of four people part of that family spoke Spanish. She communicated with them beautifully, and there was a couple of younger girls. She handled them beautifully as well, and she took care of me. Also very good. She was attentive smiling to time. I was very impressed by her work.

The past 2 visits I had with this Olive Garden, the food has been below average. The chicken in my Alfredo was old and the sauce was not good. I had my girlfriend taste it to make sure it wasn’t just me and she agreed it was not good. So I should’ve been cautious when ordering a to-go order yesterday, I had a $65 dollar order and a 30 minute drive to pick up and head back home. My girlfriend and I were with her grandma in the ICU all day long into the evening time so we wanted a quick meal because we didn’t have time to cook when we got home. We picked up the order at 7 and arrived at home by 7:30. We didn’t check inside our to-go bag because we were exhausted and I just relied on the restaurant to take care of us, that’s on me; however, when we did check our bag at home we found out Olive Garden forgot our entree. We called and talked to the manager, Alexis, and explained to her we just drove 30 minutes and our order was missing an entree. We were respectful and so was Alexis, she even told us that it was entirely Olive Garden’s fault and she understood the far drive. We were told to come back in the morning for a full refund, which we were satisfied with. When we came back for ou
